
Inside the Heat: Power, Voltage, and a Snug Fit
Here’s the heart of this Industrial fan heater: we built it around a 400V halogen lamp that runs around 2500W, tucked inside a 300mm tube. Why 400V? It lets us keep the wiring lean while packing serious heat into a small footprint. And that 300mm length? It slips right into tight machine bays without forcing you to rethink the whole airflow layout.
The Build: Halogen Core and a No-Fuss Connection
The halogen element sits in a quartz tube with a reflective coating. That coating does two good things: it focuses the infrared energy forward so more heat gets into the air stream, and it helps the output stay steady over the life of the lamp. Then there’s the R7s connector—straight-line, double-ended. It snaps the lamp in fast inside the reflector, and it carries the current cleanly without extra splices and terminations.
On the Floor: Fast Warm-Up, Simple Install
In real life, this setup drops right in where you need rapid heat-up and predictable output—think PET blowing and packaging lines. The fan pulls air across the hot zone, so you get quick temperature recovery right where you need it. Now, the trade-off: 2500W is dense power. You need solid cooling and proper airflow. If those aren’t there, the lamp runs hotter, and you’ll start to see drift in the control readings. We made the whole assembly straightforward: wire it, clamp it, and go. No special tools. The halogen lamp keeps output stable, and the R7s interface means replacements are quick—less downtime when you need to get back online.
