What They’re Made Of
We use a quartz envelope because it handles sudden temperature swings like a champ and lets shortwave infrared shine right through. The halogen fill keeps the filament stable and fights blackening over time, so the output stays consistent. And the R7s connector? It’s a straight, bi-pin setup that locks the lamp into place, giving you a solid mechanical and electrical fit. It’s as simple as a drop-in replacement.
