These are built around shortwave halogen lamps, usually hitting 2500W at 400V. They’re designed to slip into tight spots on machines, where you need heat that turns on fast and delivers the same punch, every single time.

Getting Under the Hood

Here’s the thing: packing 2500W into a 300mm tube gives you serious heat density in a small space. That’s exactly what you want when you need to hit a specific spot quickly. And running at 400V? That lowers the current for the same power. It keeps the wiring and contacts from getting overwhelmed, and helps everything stay cooler. The 300mm length also gives you a predictable heat zone, so you can place the lamp without overthinking the reflector or shielding.
