How we make it work
We use quartz tubes filled with halogen to keep the filament stable and the infrared output consistent. The tube coating shifts the heat toward longer wavelengths, which helps materials absorb it better and cuts down on that harsh glare. Then there’s the R7s base. It locks in tight, stays secure even when things heat up and cool down, and handles repeated cycles without loosening up.
